If you compare our cruise prices, please be sure that other agencies do not have extra charges in fine print or at check out time. Key Cruises has NO add-on fees for booking or processing. We encourage you to call us for the latest and most up-to-date promotions to better serve you.
A deposit *is all that is required to secure your cabin and our promotions on any cruise line provided it is within the cruise line policies.
Each cruise line may charge a penalty for any canceled booking within 24 hours before the final payment date.
Refunds must be requested in writing at least 72 hours before the final payment is due and in accordance with the policies of each cruise line.
And, your credit card payments are SAFE and SECURE, since they go directly to the cruise line.
Our GUARANTEED LOWEST PRICES on all cruises are based on complete prices including port charges, taxes & fees, current, available, advertised cabins, non group space, and new bookings only and does not include special amenities or exclusive promotions. Guarantee does not apply to air or land packages and must meet cruise line requirements. Offer must be made by accredited cruise agency in writing. Guarantee only applies to same sailing & cabin category of each cruise ship within 14 days of booking and does not apply to cruises within penalty period as specified by Key Vacation Center LLC and the cruise lines. Cancellation & re-booking or transfer of booking to another agency may be assessed penalties at the sole discretion of Key Vacation Center LLC. * All "change of mind" cancelations are subject to a $50 per person service fee.
